I am so lucky to be able to do what I love everyday

I am Maria and I hold the Centralia Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology which is the highest level of training to become a Clinical Reflexologist in the UK

My journey into complimentary therapies began back in 2003. I gained my VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies in 2007 which included reflexology, aromatherapy and massage. I have continued studying and adding to my range of services over the years. Following some of this professional development training I was inspired by how far the world of reflexology had developed. I decided to specialise in Reflexology and qualified as a Level 5 practitioner in 2021. The knowledge I gained through this experience has been life changing.

I pride myself on providing a safe, supportive and private space for my clients to relax in.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors especially walking in our local woods with my furry best friend. I also really enjoy my garden which I spend plenty of time in when I’m working in my private garden treatment studio.

When not outdoors I love to spend time socialising with family and friends, especially when delicious food is on offer.

I have really enjoyed volunteering over the years and feel it is a great privilege to be able to use my skills in this way. Pre-pandemic I volunteered for the charity Look Good Feel Better, providing skincare and makeup workshops, at the Big C centre at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. I currently volunteer, offering complimentary therapies, for Star Throwers, a local Wymondham based charity that provides help and support to cancer patients and their carers.
